I tried the 3-4 with them once and I found a nice setup

ROLB: Freeney
MLBs: Brackett, Session
LOLB: Mathis
RE: Fili Moala
LE: Raheem Brock
DT: Eric Foster

They lack strength, but since there are not a lot of double teams in the game, you can have this light DL in a 3-4. Freeney and Mathis are very fast, that'll help a lot from their OLB spots.

i would keep freeney and mathis on the line..this way you dont have to do any blitzes beucase these are the best defencesive lineman in the game

sun that sh!t look's good having freeny come off the end from lolb spot..that's murder if done right..
