if you like putting presure to qb quick the 3-4 is not for you specially if you are just switching. Dont give up on it though! just lab and play unrank games online. remember the 3-4 D is for you opp to make mistakes and once you get that concept you can mix it up with nanos and other shcemes, also you need use it with the ravens or pitts, jets good with 3-4

Nah, my biggest problems come again 3-4 defenses. It has some stupid good nanos and great coverage. I have been running 46, but I am thinking of switching to the 3-4. I bought an ebook from another source, it looks pretty intense...
