Madden 2010 Worst year of Madden?

So I've been playing madden and buying all of the new ones every year since 98 and this one is by far the worst. I have a lot of friends who agree with me saying that it is no longer a game of skill but a matter of who gets the most luck. Ex. Balls going through defenders (Like they are ghosts?) wide open offensive players dropping passes (and I mean WIDE open) people fumbling over and over that never fumble in real life (I HAD FITZGERALD FUMBLE 3 TIMES IN ONE GAME) and just simple glitches. Fact is computer decides who wins not who is the best. I may not ever buy another madden game again after this year.

it just feels boring. i love the game, personally. i thought it was the best madden yet, but after just 3 months of playing it, i have no interest in continuing. maybe its cuz my team isnt doing good, maybe its cuz i played madden 09 for 9 months, maybe its cuz i genuinely like FIFA more than Madden...

i really dont know what it is, i just got bored with Madden 10, plain and simple.

I'm fuckKKen sick of Adrien Peterson. I wish I had him on my team.I'm still gonna try to stop his ass.The vikings are just the s*** at madden this year.The titans are second in line.Adrien peterson is fkkenn sick at this game and so is chris johnson.With farve at quarterback and that huge defensive line there the best without question in my mind.The titans are sick 2.I guess that I dont get as mad as some of you guys, with the stupid ass droped passes and fumbles, because I just think its a video game, and the thing is gonna have issues like that.I FUCKKKKen hate it dont get me wrong, but its a fkken video game i expect it.Something else i have noticed is that to compete with level 20 25s 30 35s online you better be able to user catch, and have nanos, cause thats what there runnin and there gettin there in 1 second.rocket catch is there as always.AND WHAT REALLY FKKKKKKEN PISSES ME OFFFFFF IS THIS BULLSHIT WHERE THE DUDE DOES AN ONSIDE KICK AND I GO INTO ONSIDE FORMATION AND I CANT GET BACK IN MY REAL KICKOFF FORMATION.IM slowly gettin there I stopped playing madden in the late nineties and just started playing online last year.I have over 300 games online this year my record is bullshit but i always play the best competion. 10s 15s 20s 25s ect......I wish I COULD STOP THAT MOTHERFUCKER ADRIEN PETERSON IN MY MIND THAT DUDE OWNS MADDEN 10.IT SHOULD BE NAMED AFTER HIM BECAUSE THATS ALL I SEE PEOPLE DOIN IS USING HIM OR CHRIS.THE GAMES GETTING BETTER IN MY MIND ITS GOOD ENTERTAINMENT ALTHOUGH I ONLY PLAY ONLINE AGAINST REAL PEOPLE OR LIVE GAMES I DONT DO SEASONS WITH THE COMPUTER AND FRANCHISES PISS ME OFF BECAUSE I DONT WANNA WAITH FOR PEOPLE TO PLAY GAMES.IDK I CAN SEE WHY SOME PEOPLE WOULD BE SICK OF IT, ITS JUST MY FAVORITE GAME SO I GUESS I DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT THE BULLSHIT THAT COMES WITH IT.

The game has its faults but I think it i the best one yet. Despite the errors I think they have set up a strong enough foundation so that Madden 11 can be THE year that Madden is amazing. This game is great though IMO.

Well, I think it's the best madden so far, but also it doesn' thave that madden 09 feel , as far as online play goes. In madden 09, the rocket catching was crazy , and it was more of arcade game, which made it more fun as far as online goes . Madden 10 is the better game, but madden 09 was more fun online imo

madden 10 is the best in the last 4 or 5 years by far. there going in the right direction so madden 11 should be amazing

they EASILY have the most explosive O in madden!!!!! now that vince is getting accuracy he is HELLLLLL!!!! CJ now 96, hes always been HELLLLLL!!!! u put that offense in the hands of a smart, talented player, ur DONEEEE!!!! theres only soo much u can do wit a speed and talent combo... i would easily rather play wit the titans than any other O out there..

Problems with it is that is Gets boring after a lil and some of the bullshit that happens, fumbles,drop passes, etc.

"yea i only let this dude get 150 rush yards on me, im prolly the best madden player ever!!"... NO! thats terrible... sumone putting up over 70 yards on me (besides the fact if they break one long for a td of 30+) is a failure of a game...

People here get WAY too uptight LOL.

Anyway, I am almost never held under 5 YPC with Johnson. Even if somebody contains me for most of the game I always seem to bust out one 30 or 40 yard run. The big problem with the Titans is that nobody can catch and Young is still inaccurate. (Though hopefully that will change) Young's scrambling can easily be shut down by somebody who knows what they are doing, but it can be a nice asset to have. I never gameplan for his speed but it bails me out of trouble a lot.

hes not the most accurate passer but i believe in like all 5 games ive played wit the titans after the last update, hes thrown all of 1 bad pass for me.. hes def usable.. he is now the best passer of 80+ speed QBs in madden.. pat white is close 2nd..

the best madden was the one with MIKE (AKA) SUPERMAN=VICK! on the cover..

Its all good,I just think there the the top 2.I mean thats who people that got a good record run with.I never play anybody with the Giants, which is a suprise to me.Its usually the Vikings,Titans,Eagles,Raiders,and Chargers.But anyways theres still alot more teams out there but to me Chris Johnson and Vince Young are a pain in the ass to contain.Like Dude said if you know how to use them the right way there deadly.I only run with the Cowboys, I refuse to play with any other team, so im not even considering them, because I have played them like 5 times over a span of 2 years.I hear alot the the cowboys dont have receivers but they got Witten,Austin and Olgetree. Got all the speed you need in this game, they drop to many tho.Roy willams, Felix Jones, T Choice, and the Beast.Then you got Newman, Ware, Ratliff,and fast as hell cbs.They got weaknesses tho.I dont really like there safeteys. There O line is very solid, and I like to bootlegg Tony Romo, and when I'm not doin that, Romo throws strikes down the field ,as long as there not 50 yards.But its all preference I'ma play with the cowboys despite anything,but thats just because im a Die Hard fan and stubborn.
