Good defensive plays against CPU for a newbie

I usually play with the Ravens. Just need a few basic formations that are usually successful against the computer.

-What's a good solid run stop defensive play.
-What's a good solid pass stop defensive play.
-What's a good solid hybrid play.

I usually like to control Suggs or Ray Lewis and prefer blitzing with them.
