angle routes are killin me!!!

can anyone offer some advice on stopping people who like to throw the ball to their running backs. I've been getting ate up by angle routes and also some screens and flat routes. I've tried man, man zones, zones, blitzes, combo blitzes. No use. Ray Rice killed me and Brandon Jacobs did the same catching the ball out of the backfield

user control a lb and go get him urself.

zone coverage and user a LB or safety who has a short zone responsibility to get the pick.

if you can get good user coverage then you can take away your opponents first read, and this can cause him to make a lot of bad decisions. make sure you're using the strafe button to keep your guy in good position, and don't just follow the receiver, predict where he is going and get in the passing lane, then watch the QB and get ready to hit triangle after he releases the ball.

dats one thing if never been able to do is user the MLB or FS it sucks cuz i have great user skill on offense cuz my user catch, RC and everything is nasty but on D just grab a trash can....
