3-4 normal:
The CB blitz with all but one of the MLBs in man coverage (not sure what it's called). Put LB thats in yellow zone on a QB spy and control him.

I use 3-4 and Blitz the corners and then blitz My LBS. I control The MLB. It usually stops it for a loss.

I play with the chargers as well I use goaline gap fire blitz both linebackers in the gaps there over stops it every time. If they playaction its even worse because he gets hit as soon as he pulls up for the pass. Great D in my opinion for wildcat
