devin hester is a project at wr, he has never proved anything except that he is very shifty and can run fast. they will use him as a decoy mainly, just so teams have to worry about his speed.

no they did that last yr with limited touches for hester.n he still got 300yds yards on only 20 touches n 2 drops. he is a full time receiver expect him to get the ball. n we dnt knw what the other receivers will do now that they have playing time. only time will tell.
