Try running plays that are effective vs. man and zone, such as: gun doubles: HB option. Hot route the WR on your left to run an "out right". Your first read will be the slot receiver. Your second read is the hot routed receiver. Your third read is the HB.

Another example: gun doubles: HB angle. The HB is the first and only read.
