Jets 1-5-5

Money D right there dont even gotta really nano. scoring 21 points on D a gm sense.

I use the chargers btw though.

what are some good plays outta there

ill check the play book is 1 5 5 dat nice. i use mutiple d but use 155 on certain plays

anything like saftey zone blitz or inside zone blitz there the first two when u click on 1-5-5 there the middle and right play.

You can stop a 3WR blocking toss play to the back though. They will rip that defense apart with a fast back.

I tried this formation and my favorite plays in the formation are...

cover 2 sink
cover 3
dt blitz (i use this against the run or when I just want some quick pressure on the qb.)

I like the cover 2 sink as well, but the flats are open in it, I've noticed lots of people swing passes to the flats, so against them I never call it..

Thnx for the help man, I run with the Chargers and use the Jets PB as well. Im having som eproblems on D, esp pre snap adjustments...

Never sure if Im outthinking myself and making too many unnecessary adjustments...... and as a recreational player dont have time to lab and put a lot of time into it so this is much appreciated!....Cheers.

Just an update. It's pretty rediculous how well I can stop the run out of this formation. I held AP to 10 carries for 21 yards in a ranked game earlier with the cardinals.

yeah, it works great against a lot of stuff. Can stop the runs and apply pressure while getting decent coverage. Some outside runs will get loose unless you user it.

I don't base my whole D around it, but I do use it about 25%50% of the time when my opponent goes 3-wide or >
