Two a Days

Alright guys. Starting tomorow I got football. We will go from 8-1030, 11-1 and then 7-830. Gana suck so i might not be as active for about 2 weeks of this s***. Ima try to get on during my afternoon break. But that is.. if im still alive!! Lol. But any of you MS members got 2 a days? or in my case 3 a days? If so you looking forward to it or dreading it. Im dreading that s***. I hate football. Im a baseball guy. But i play for the hell of it.

we got two a days next week. 2-4 for then 5-7 i think we might do triple days like you guys but one of those sessions will be weightlifting

My high school, the first week of football, they have two a days monday, tuesday, then wednesday ya have a 2.5 hr defense practice in the AM, special teams 1.5 after lunch, then a 2.5 hr offense practice in the PM. They spend the night at the school and do it all again thursday and stay the night again. Friday they have a morning practice then a scrimage that night.

Thats cool. I hate it dude. Once your done though its home free. Sorta. Plus ima senior so itll be my last 2 a days ever son!

Man I use to hate 2 a days. I can't even imagine 3 a days. That would have killed me.

only a few 2 a days here. My high school sucks at football and we know it, so its not that intense

Back when I was in HS we had two-a-days... It pretty much sucked... I only played football to stay in shape for baseball but I remember how tiring that s*** was.. Summer school would get out at 1230, weight lifting from 1-2, practice 230-430, 30 min break, practice from 5-7 or 8.. Just depended on how hard we worked to get off the field... If we had a good day we were goin home at 730 if not we were goin home at 830.. Practice would end at 7 or 8 but we wouldn't go home til after coach talked to us and we changed.. So tiring jus thinking about it!haha

Yea thats me bostn. I only play to stay in shape for baseball lol. Ive got through 2 days.. 8 to go lol.

damn you guys got 2weeks of double days? we only have one out here

we start our doubledays next week we gonna go from 11-12 weight lifting 12-2 first session and then 4-6 then 6-7 chalk talk .

Haha have fun baseballa u really have no life during the two weeks of two-a-days.. Ur too tired to do anything but sleep.

were done with our two a days and three a days pratices. during camp we had 4 pratices a day!

doesnt make sense.. since it's illegal to have actual 2 a day practice, let alone three and 4, come on now.. i would kno, goin to school for kinesology

every school i know about in any state does double days

yea we used to do two a days too but never 3 thats crazy

when you wake up in the morning you are sore as fuckk and you have to go do it all again.

2 a days are sick though.

i got 2 a days starting next week i dunno the exact times but i know i am at school from 8 am to 4 pm for 2 weeks
