| OU playbook.
Singleback Bunch scheme:STICK, Z SPOT, PA BOOT OVER, HB SLASH, WEAK FLOOD, HB DRAW, SPACING, SEATTLE, FLANKER DRIVE
STICK: 3rd and 4 type play
LOOKS:Your 1st look will be the WR on the right running the curl route
Your 2nd look will be the TE running the flat route
Your 3rd look will be the WR on the left running the slant
Z SPOT: another play that's designed for short yards
SETUP:Hot route the HB to run a slant to the left. Hot route the WR on the left to run an inside slant
LOOKS:Your 1st look will be the outside WR on the right
Your 2nd look will be the HB
Your 3rd look will be the TE running the flat
Your 4th look will be the WR on the left running the slant
PA BOOT OVER: One of my favorite types of plays. A level 3 flood giving you 3 of the same routes but all at different lengths, so one of them will be open, not to mention that they're crossing routes
LOOKS: This is a play where I can't give you any looks, because you have to make the right read, and 9 out of 10 times that's what your going to do
HB SLASH: Another setup play. Jus use this a few times, then run the PA Boot over, or vice versa
WEAK FLOOD: deeper play for the impatient guys. Not as effective as the short yard plays, but it'll get the job done
SETUP:Hot route the outside WR on the right to run a streak hot route the inside WR on the right to run an inside slant
LOOKS:Your 1st look will be the TE running the wheel route
Your 2nd look will the WR running the slant
Your 3rd look will be the WR running the corner route
Your 4th look will be the HB running the swing
HB DRAW: After you've passed, passed, passed, open it up with the draw. FOllow the blockers and get yards, no funny stuff like turning around and all that, just GET YARDS!!
SPACING: Another reliable short yardage play
LOOKS:Your 1st look will be the WR n the middle on the right
Your 2nd look will be the WR on the left
Your 3rd look will be the TE running the flat
SEATTLE:A deep play that seems to be big yardage when your opponent is lined up in regular coverages, but blitzes just kill it
SETUP:Motion the outside WR on the right to the right, and hike as he's in motion
LOOKS:Your 1st look will be the WR in motion, but lead pass outside
Your 2nd look will be the WR running the crossing route
Your 3rd look will be the HB
Your 4th look will be the TE
FLANKER DRIVE: This play can isn't a setup play, but we make it look like it is with Seattle
SETUP: Hot route the outside right WR to run an inside slant. Motion him to the right and hike it as he's in motion
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the TE running the wheel
Your 2nd look will be the WR running the slant
Your 3rd look will be the HB running the delayed route
Your 4th look will be the WR running the in route
ACE Twin TE - PA BOOT LT, spacing, Z spot, WR Screen
PA BOOT LT: Motion the WR on the right to the left, and put him on an out route
Looks: Your 1st look will be the TE running the crossing pattern. Pass lead up if a defender is playing under him, and pass lead to the side he's running if a defender is behind him.
Your 2nd look will be the WR running the out route. No pass lead if the flats aren't there, but if they are, pass lead up and to the outside.
Your 3rd look will be the be the other TE running the bootleg route. Pass lead to the side he's running
Spacing: leave as is. Works as a chain play with Z spot
LOOKS: You 1st look will be the automotioned WR if you see zone coverage. No pass lead, just a quick bullet.
You 2nd look will be TE running the short curl route. No pass lead here either.
Your 3rd look will be the TE running the flat Pass lead to the side he's running
Your 4th look will be the WR on the opposite side running the curl(I don't throw it to him, because if its a pick, then he's gunna take it to the house Pass lead low, because if you throw it while he's in stride, he goes for it and makes a rolling catch.
Z SPOT: leave as is.
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the auto-motioned WR. No pass lead if its zone. Pass lead to the side he's running if its man. Your 2nd look will be the TE running the flat. Pass lead to the side he's running Your 3rd look will be the TE running the corner route Pass lead to the side he's running
WR SCREEN: Hot Route the TE running the fade route to do an outside slant. Make the WR on the left side do a fade route
LOOKS: your 1st look will be the WR running the screen
Your 2nd look will be the TE running the slant. Pass lead to the side he's running to
Your 3rd look will be the WR running the fade. Pass lead to the sideline. ---------------------------------------------------- SG 5 WR - Slot Option, 4 Verticals, Empty Stick, Angle Post, spacing and Hitch Corners
Slot Option - One of the deadliest plays in this Playbook due to the fact that everyone is a route and requires no setup
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the WR running the option route. stick with the route if its man coverage, but check it down if its zone. Pass lead to whatever side he's running to if its man. If he runs the slant in zone, CHECK IT DOWN!!!
Your 2nd look will be the WR running the corner route, and its good for 20-25 yards if read right. Pass lead to the side he's running.
Your 3rd look will be the WR running the flat route if they have the corner route guarded. Pass lead to the side he's running to if your going to throw it to him while he's in stride, if not, then don't use pass lead.
Your 4th look will be the WR running the curl route if they left the flats open(you can still hit the flat route if they left the flats open, and it's probably a better idea seeing as he has more blockers out in front) No pass lead
Last look will be the WR running the streak if you can get it over his shoulder No pass lead
VERTICALS - nice play that gets crazy yards when not in the redzone
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the WR on the right running the crossing route, and even if its man coverage, stick with the route until he crosses, then bullet it to him. Pass lead to the side he's running to.
Your 2nd look will be the slot WR on the left. whether it's man or zone, his shakes should get the defender and he should be open. No pass lead
Empty Stick - short yardage play, money on the goalline
SETUP: Hot route the outside WR on the right, to run an outside slant
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the slot WR running the slant. Pass lead up in man or zone.
You 2nd look will be the WR running the out route. Pass lead to the side he's running to
Your 3rd look will be the WR running the 2 yard curl. Pass lead low
Your 4th look will be the outside left WR running the slant. Pass lead up so that underneath zones don't pick it off.
the outside right WR is a decoy route
ANGLE POST: One of the best plays in the game due to all the looks it has
SETUP: hot route the outside left WR to run a slant inside
LOOKS: Your 1st look is the slot WR running the slant inside. Pass lead to the side he's running.
Your 2nd look will be the WR running the angled post route. Pass lead to the side he's running. Try to user catch this as well.
Your 3rd look will be the outside left WR running the slant route. Pass lead up and to the side he's running to.
Your 4th look will be the WR running the fade route. Pass lead to the sideline
SPACING: another short yardage play that'll piss your opponent off because its a 5 wide curl play
LOOKS: Their really isn't much of a "look here" type look, but my 1st look is the WR on the outside right.
My 2nd look is the slot WR on the left
My 3rd look is the slot WR on the right
My 4th and 5th looks are the outside WR's
HITCH CORNERS: With man coverage back, the only thing we can do is break it again. So here's a play designed to do that
SETUP: Hot route the outside left WR to run an inside slant. Hot route the left slot WR to run a streak. Motion the slot WR to the right
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the WR running the post route. Pass lead to the side he's running
Your 2nd look will be the WR running the inside slant. Pass lead up and to the side he's running to.
Your 3rd look will be the slot WR running the corner route. Pass lead low and to the side he's running. ----------------------------------------------------------------------

| ACE Y TRIPS SCHEME - Curls, Smash, PA Cross Up, Z Spot, HB Dive, Levels Switch, Stick, Slot Drive, Four Verticals, HB Draw
Curls: You have a curl/flat combo in this play, so look towards that
LOOKS:Your 1st look will be the WR on the right running the curl. Pass lead high if its zone. Check it down if you get pressed and its man.
Your 2nd look will be the slot WR running the flat. No pass lead
Your 3rd look will be the TE running the post. Pass lead to the side he's running.
Smash:Another type of combo route where if one route is guarded, then the other should be open
Setup: Hot route the WR on the right to run an inside slant
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the WR running the 2 yard curl. NO pass lead, just a quick bullet pass.
Your 2nd look will be the WR running the corner route. Pass lead to the side he's running.
Your 3rd look will be the WR running the slant. Pass lead up and inside.
Your 4th look will be the HB running the delayed route. No pass lead
PA Cross Up: Don't make any adjustments on this play, Don't player lock, or slide protect because then you don't get any percentage for the setup play.
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the TE, because he gets under the 2A(Deep blue) zone, and you can lead it so it goes above the hook zones. Pass lead to the side he's running.
Your 2nd look will be the HB, because if the TE is guarded by the hook zones, then the HB's route gets wide open(beware, the Dlinemen will tackle him thinking he has the ball). No pass lead.
Your 3rd look will be the WR running the curl. Pass lead low if its man. Wait for a few seconds if you want to get this play in zone, because the flat zone doesn't seem to pick it up.
Your 4th look will be the WR running the corner route. Pass lead to the side he's running towards.
You can TRY to get it to the man running the post route, but I doubt it'll work because cover 2 will guard it, and so will cover 3. You can try to get to squeeze it in. I'd pass lead up for this.
The one play that pretty much stops this play is Cover 1 Robber, which is going to be the next cover 3 because of how well it works with man coverage being fixed
Z Spot:One of those plays that gets you the yards you need to move the chains
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the outside right WR. No pass lead, just try to throw it to him in stride.
Your 2nd look will be the TE running the flat
Your 3rd look will be the slot WR running the corner. No pass lead
Your 4th look will be the WR running the inside slant if you see man coverage. Pass lead to the side he's running to, and watch for the press.
HB Dive:Chain play to the PA Cross Up, so make no adjustments.
Levels Switch: This is a 3 level play meaning it has 3 people running the same routes, just with a different length of each route.
SETUP: Hot route the WR on the left to run an inside slant
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the slot WR running the in route. No pass lead
Your 2nd look will be the TE. Pass lead to the side he's running to.
Your 3rd look will be the WR running the slant. Pass lead to the side he's running to if its man, Pass lead up if its zone, but don't try to squeeze it in because it.
Stick: Another play like Z Spot that is designed to move the chains on short yardage downs
LOOKS: You 1st look will be the TE running the 2 yard curl. No pass lead, just throw a quick bullet.
Your 2nd look will be the Slot WR running the out route. Pass lead to the outside.
Your 3rd look will be the WR running the slant route. Pass lead up.
Your 4th look will be the WR running the streak, but only go to him if you can get it over the shoulder or to the outside without the chance of it being intercepted. Pass lead outside, and throw up a lob to try and get the OTS(Over the Shoulder) catch animation.
Slot Drive: Just a combo route with the post, and a streak
SETUP: Hot route the slot WR to run a streak. Hot route the TE to run an inside slant
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the WR running the post if you can wait that long in the pocket. No pass lead
Your 2nd look will be the TE running the slant. Pass lead up and inside
Your 3rd look will be the WR running the comeback route. Pass lead up.
Four Verticals: A play that gets you around 15 or more yards when read right
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the TE running the crossing route. Look towards him once he's cut across. Pass lead up if you see a defender underneath him in position to make a play on it, but if not then pass lead to the side he's running to. Pass lead to the side he's running to if its man.
You really don't have other options if your running this play, because it's usually a cover 3 or cover 4 zone, but if itz cover 2, then your 2nd look will be the outside WR on the right.
Your 3rd look will be the HB if your doing this on a regular 1st and 10.
Most of these plays require no setup giving your opponent the illusion that your running the same play over and over, and once they catch on to what your doing and relax back in coverage, you run the draw on em, and get big yards. For the draw, you can slide protect anyway you want, and player lock onto whoever you want. ---------------------------------------------------- I-form Slot Mini scheme - PA slot in, quick slant, WR option, mid attack, HB draw. Use dual HB package for this whole scheme
PA SLOT IN: Use this as a 1st down play
SETUP: Hot route the HB to run a slant to the left
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the WR running the post route. The cover 3 deep safety goes back too far and doesn't defend it that well. Pass lead up once he gets between the CB and Safety, but this is a play where you DON'T try to squeeze that pass in, because it won't work.
Your 2nd look will be the HB on the slant. NO pass lead
Your 3rd look will be the WR running the in route. Pass lead to the side he's running if its man coverage, and pass lead up if its zone.
Your 4th look will be the FB on the flat. No pass lead
QUICK SLANT:One of those plays where you have to make quick reads or else you have nothing to get it to, but when you make the right reads, you get good results.
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the WR on the left. The hook zones don't seem to go out that far, and if you hit him as he's cutting, or a split second after he cuts, then you get yards. Pass lead up, but watch out for the press coverage because that screws up the whole thing.
Your 2nd look will be the slot WR. The hook zones seem to expand after the ball has been hiked giving the slot WR some space over the middle. Pass lead up just in case the defense has a guy lurking around the middle.
Your 3rd look will be the HB running the swing route. If they blitz the flats, then this route will be open, and you can get some medium yardage. No pass lead.
WR Option: slot potion plays are some of the nicest plays, because the WR usually has a LB or a DB that isn't as good, and if its a safety, he's usually backed up about 10 yards giving you an easy 5 yard completion
SETUP: Hot route the outside right WR to run an inside slant Hot route the HB to run a slant to the left
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the slot WR. Stay with him if its man coverage, but if its zone, just check it down. If he runs the curl, pass lead low. If he runs the post, pass lead to the side he's running to. If he runs the streak, and is in front of the defneder, pass lead up, aand bullet it.
Your 2nd look will be the outside right WR running the slant. Pass lead up if its zone coverage, and if its man coverage, pass lead to the side he's running to.
Your 3rd look will be the HB running the slant. No pass lead.
Your 4th look will be the WR running the corner route. Pass lead to the side he's running if its man, and if itz zone, pass lead low and try to user catch it.
MID ATTACK: One of those plays that has a route that's damn near unguardable, and if it is, then you check it down
SETUP: Use the Dual HB package for this play. Hot route the HB to run a slant to the left. Hot route the slot WR to run an inside slant
LOOKS: Your 1st look will be the FB running the angled route. No pass lead, but try to get him as he cuts if its man coverage, and if its zone, you can wait for him to get in the middle of the field, or hit him before he cuts.
Your 2nd look will be the HB running the slant. No pass lead.
Your 3rd look will be the slot WR running the slant. Pass lead up if its zone, and if its man pass lead to the side he's running.
HB DRAW: This play is to use once you've opened up the passing game, then you hit em with a draw for a nice gain.
