good choice?

i am turning in my ps3 today well for a couple reasons. and buying another 360

1. i play 360 way more.
2. so my dad can play
3. so if my parents take over the main 360 tv i have another 1.
4. so if 1 over heats i have another 1
thats some of the reasons why im turning it in is this a good choice?
