1. you must submit your work (playbook breakdowns, defensive schemes, etc.) to me. It must be helpful and useful. (Just because you submit your work doesn't mean you will get the position)
2. you must post your level and record. it has to be good enough for people too respect you and make you a credible source. I will determine if it is good enough.
3. you must demonstrate your dedication to this site
Note: there is no limit to how many CMT's will be accepted, but work must be really good to become a CMT.
