hw to reduce fumbles

Now I've com to know pressing the right bumper works.. but wen its raining there's not much that right bumper can do(that i've experienced).. does anyone know what else can do reduce fumbling?

honestly, there is realynuthing u can do about fumbles but try to avoid big hitters on defense. the cover ball button doesn't realy work. balcons ut if it a huge problem, then try using the falcons cause turners carrying stat is a 98

cover ball does work. i played a guy who did it right before i hit him and he never fumbled and it was raining. and i like to think i got pretty good stick

yeah i pretty much agree with tuki94 all u have to do to really avoid fumbles is to just avoid big hitter defenders...just fake like ur going to one direction and go the other a lot of people on madden are trigger happy and will hitstick to the ground when u do this...

MAX COVER PUNT easiest way to keep you from fumbling, or you could run out of bounds instead of tryna run over Shawn Merriman with CJ.

either cover up the ball or find a running back whose carrying is really high

I always cover the ball when I catch it in traffic. If I see a hole i'll go for it but most of the time I cover up and live to play another down. I can't remember the last time I fumbled the ball. I throw some ints sometimes but fumbles rarely.

Along with waht the other people said, don't juke as much.

the returner could fumble

you don't get it. If he punts the ball, then it prevents him from fumbling the ball, since he doesn't have possesion, but nvm, cuz Crunk's already pissed at the spam.
