Getting More fumbles

If you actually need a fumble, don't hitstick, just follow these instructions.
Go for the regular tackle by just running into him. When your about half way through the tackle animation, hold the strip button down. Your defender should make the rip animation about 40-50% more than just holding down the strip button.

But won't it also increase the chance of a broken tackle?

yeah, i guess you're less likely to make the tackle and more likely to strip the ball out.

whats the success rate on this? it can't be 50% all together... what is it like, 1 out of every 4 times he does the strip animation that he'll force the fumble?

he forces the fumble about 40-50% more than he usually did. Ususally you can get the tackle animation every 1 outta 4 or 1 outta 5. Now you can get it 2 out of 4, and 3-5 and stuff like that.

don't do it if you don't need the ball tho, cuz there's also a chance of a facemask which is an automatic 1st down.

i like too hit hit strafe right before tackle gets u in great position too hitstick and can really get alot of fumbles doing this. ive gotten 5 fumbles a in a game doing this

was that in our game cus i coulda sworn i fumbled at least 10 times

I tried this in a game when i played with the colts and bob sanders did the animation where the defender is behind him and takes his hand and tries to hack at the ball. And it came out too, that's the beauty of it.lol

I alwyas just tried to hitstick but i will have to give this a try.

I thought hitstick was better but i did this a few times just now and i got 2/8 fumbles

yea i prefer the hitstick 2, especially wit merriman and phillips, but for the CB and defensive backs thi s a better option

i think cj way works pretty well if ur opponent is actually trying to gain more yards after contact or stiff arm etc.... but it doesnt work as well if ur opponent goes to ground str8 after the contact iv tried this and it works 1 out of 12

but his way will work cos i dont think no 1 in the game wont try to gain more yards

yo Cj this is a great tip, works nice. I used it today against the cowboys and he broke a little pass to Felix jones about 30 - 40 yards and i took control of the safety and did just like you said and caused the fumble with the last man to beat to the endzone. He was so pissed he started cryin sayin i was so lucky to win that game. I simply just said I suppose the 3 user picks and 30 points were lucky too. How do people get fumbles with hit stick so effectively???? Because I know people do but I do hit sticks with beasts like Keith Bulluck and Albert Haynesworth and can never seem to get a fumble.

you need position when you try to force the fumble. you can't force it from a dive tackle behind him. You have to be in front of him waiting. Mcnair, hitstick high and strafe.

That's what I do. Usually with my bigger hitters.

ok i got this to work once, good thing cuz it was on a kickoff soi got a fuble for a td, like u kno how person wit da ball willsumtimes get his whole arm reached out, well that happened andi did wat cj said, and bam a fumble,

what i havew a;ways done is a soon as i tackle i jsut keep tapping on the strip button...but i am going to use this.....jsut simple things like this can improve your game good
