Please Read!

I ran into some technical problems yesterday and it gave me an oppurtunity to start on a much needed new website look. I spent the entire night doing this, but i have 0 gfx skills. Unless there is a big outcry for us to go back to the old look, then we will stick with this look going into the future but with a lot of major changes. This new look has a lot of changes that i will point out later that most of you won't notice, but they are changes that are really helpful to the website.


We need a new banner that matches these colors, and we need new headers (the buttons a the top that say, home, forums, search...) the ones we have stick out terribly with the new look. So we will be holding a contest. The winner will be put into automatic contention for this month's exclusive section voting.

All you have to do is:

Make a banner, and a few sample buttons that will go along with the banner and submit it to me via pm. It will really help the site out. If you are selected, you will need to make all the buttons for the forum at the top (it will be like 10 buttons)

I would like this hopefully by the end of today or tomorrow if you can. Also, admins and mods and important people like fudgy and mili and swag and all of you other people who i am forgetting and are dedicated members, if you don't like this theme let me know, i won't be offended at all.

you mean Team MS? anyone crucial to MS im starting to call Team MS.

and its alright. i liked the other look more, it just seemed more professional. but it seems this layout is more user-friendly. so thats a plus.

but its good, its good. it looks like we finally have the proper icons for "new post" "no new posts" "new post in hot thread" and "no new post in hot thread"... which is awesome.

i kinda got use to the last format...but this one is nice as well. however, i would really like for us to have a more "masculine" look color wise...that would be eye-popping when people logged onto the MS. right now...we are on this light baby blue look. if the background (skin) was like a nice glossy black or something....then our posts as well as our sigs and avatars would really be eye-popping.


Fudgy just did some work that is a good example of what i mean by a more masculine look (color wise) for MS:

also leave your suggestions if you want colors changed or something else changed or if something isnt working right for you

i like the new site look actually makes us blend in a lil more with other sites if that isnt a bad thing.

I would mind seeing the whole site black with everything else in white.

i like how the sigs dont go all the way down but they begin where ur post ends

I know what we could do...

Make the site black and white, like an old fashion TV show... I could make a dope banner in B&W too.

Cause personally, I hate this one.

i havent really looked around much to see the differences besides the coloring obviously and i was used to the old setup but i come here enough to get used to any setup u have pretty quick. I think there should be better colors though this kinda looks plain.

we are working on it, fudgy is making banners and buttons and we will make the site to match them

i know that once it is done....that it is going to be on point!
