Gun Bunch TE – PA Boot Over (New England PB)
a) Place the Left Slot WR and TE on a streak
b) Place the RB to a slant towards the left.
c) Extend the Left Outside WR, then motion him to the right.
d) Snap the Ball before the motion man sets.
e) Throw a bullet with pass lead up and to the outside, to the WR that you motioned.
You can also get the RB on the slants or the Rocket catch on the streaks.
Gun Empty Trips Open - Levels (New England PB)
a) Place the Right Outside WR on a Curl Route.
b) Snap the Ball.
c) Look for the Left Outside WR with a Rocket Catch, throw a bullet pass with lead up.,
unstoppable route. If for some reason he is covered you can Rocket Catch the Left Slot WR.
d) Lat option is the Curl Route for the Right Outside WR.
Gun Snugs Flip – HB Mid Draw (New England PB)
a) Place one of your TE’S in the Right Slot position.
b) Place the Right Slot WR in motion going left.
c) Snap the ball once the motion man is right by the RG.
d) Look for the blocking lanes that just opened.
Gun Snugs Flip – PA X Clown (New England PB)
a) Place one of your TE’S in the Right Slot position.
b) Place the Right Slot WR in motion going left.
c) Snap the ball once the motion man is right by the RG.
d) Look for the TE on the delayed route that you motioned.
I am sure you noticed these two plays are about the same look, the TE on the delayed
route is killer and should be wide open when he breaks for his delayed. I would not run
these two plays all the time, but it is a nice mix to make them think you are running
the same running play.
Goal Line FB Dive (New England PB)
a) Motion the Right Side TE left.
b) Snap the Ball when the TE gets past the QB. Look for your blocks.
Gun Doubles – FL Screen (New England PB)
a) See if the defense is in Man or Zone.
b) No Adjustments. Snap the Ball.
c) Step back then throw a bullet pass with pass lead outside to the WR on the
Screen. This play kills Zone Coverage.
Gun Doubles – HB Angle (New England PB)
a) See if the defense is in Man or Zone.
b) Send the Left Slot WR on a streak. Send the Left Slot WR in motion to the right.
c) Snap the Ball slightly before he reaches the Offensive Line.
d) In Man Coverage, look for the Angle Route, Out Route or Curl.
e) In Zone, look for the Curl, Slot WR on the streak or Right Outside WR on the post
Gun Bunch TE – HB Draw (New England PB)
a) No Adjustments. Snap the Ball
This is a great running play from the Gun Formation, when the snap happens the camera will zoom out as if the play is
a pass and the WR’S icon will appear, this should fool your opponent and perhaps he will commit to the pass. Also, you
might want to do motion from other passing plays you used from this formation.
Gun Bunch TE – Deep Flood (One Way)(New England PB)
a) Place the Slot WR on a Streak.
b) Extend the Left Outside WR route. Extend the Left Inside WR route.
c) Motion the Left Inside WR to the left. Snap the Ball when your motion man passes the TE.
d) Look for the Motioned WR, throw him a pass with pass lead up, his route should
beat man and zone coverage.
e) If the motioned man gets covered, look for the Slot WR with a Rocket Catch
with pass lead down or the TE on the Curl. If you see a quick blitz, look for the RB
Gun Bunch TE – Deep Flood (Another Way)(New England PB)
a) Have a Fast WR on the Deep Post Route
b) Place the Left Inside WR to a Drag Route going right.
c) Place the TE on a Drag Route going left. Block with the RB. Snap the Ball.
d) Look for the TE or Slot WR on the drag for the quick pass.
e) If you get time for the routes to develop, watch your Deep Post route,
when he passes the Safety throw a deep lob with pass lead up and to the
right, he should beat most defenses.
f) If not the deep post, look for the WR on the Corner Route, his route is
also great against man and zone coverage.
Gun Bunch TE – X Spot (One Way)(New England PB)
a) Block with the RB.
b) Place the Left Outside WR and Slot on streaks.
c) Set the Left Outside WR, in motion, to the right.
d) Snap the Ball once the motion man gets past the TE.
e) Man, Look for the Corner(Rocket Catch bullet with pass lead down) and Post Route
with the TE when he cuts inside. (Press L2/LT, throw a bullet, holding up)
f) Zone, Look for the WR’S you placed on the streaks.
Gun Bunch TE – X Spot (Another Way) (New England PB)
a) Streak the Left Outside WR.
b) Send the Left WR, in motion, going left.
c) Snap the Ball before your motion man gets set.
d) Zone Defense, the Slot WR Corner Route should get wide open. In Man
you have many options.
Gun Bunch TE – X Spot (Third Way) (New England PB)
a) Streak the Left Outside WR.
b) Send the TE, in motion, going right and extend his route.
c) Send the TE back in motion to the left.
d) Snap the ball before he sets. Look for the TE, great play to use in the Red Zone
Gun Bunch TE – PA Boot Over (New England PB)
a) Streak the Left Slot WR. Streak the TE.
b) Have the RB run a slant going left.
c) Extend the Left Outside WR route. Place the Left Outside WR in motion going right.
d) Snap the ball before the motion man gets set.
e) Look for the motioned WR with a bullet pass with pass lead up and to the
outside or the RB on the slant.
f) Also look for the streak route with a Rocket Catch with a bullet pass and
lead down.
Single Back Snugs Flip- Bench – (WR Wide Open) (New
England PB)
a) Streak both the Outside WR’S.
b) Extend both the Slot WR’S routes.
c) Motion the Left Slot WR to the left. Snap the ball right before he sets.
d) Look for the WR that you motioned, his route should get wide open in man
and zone coverage. Throw a bullet to him with pass lead up.
e) If for some reason the defense gets to cover your motioned man, look for
the RB on the delayed.
Single Back Snugs Flip-HB Dive (New England PB)
a) No Adjustments. Snap the Ball. Look for the Lanes.
This is a great run play to use when using this formation to keep your opponent on
their toes.
Gun Empty Trips Open – Spacing (New England PB)
a) Streak the Right Inside WR.
b) Place the both the Outside WR’S on Curl Routes.
c) Snap the Ball.
d) Zone Coverage, look for your outside WR’S on the curls, and throw them a
bullet pass. If Cover 2, look for the WR you placed on the streak route.
e) Man Coverage, look again to the curl routes with a bullet and pass lead up
and use the Rocket catch.
Gun Empty Trips Open – WR Screen (New England PB)
a) Extend the Left Slot WR Corner Route.
b) Snap the Ball.
c) Zone, Look for the Right WR on the screen or the Slot WR on the Corner.
d) Man Coverage, don’t worry about the screen, try a Rocket Catch to the
Corner Route with a bullet pass, holding the LT/L2 and up on the d-pad.
e) You have a last option with the Left WR Screen, but there is not much
blocking. But sometimes he does not have much coverage.
