I found a good way to stop 2 point conversions, it has worked for me a great number of times. if they come out in a passing formation or if you just suspect that they are going to pass. The play can still stop the run but does not totally give up the run. Before anybody assumes that this is foolproof that is not the case, it is just an effective way to stop them a good percentage of the time.
1. Call 2 Deep out of the goal line.
2. Reblitz the Nose Tackle
3. Contain your ends
4. Drop the 2 other DTs into yellow zones.
5. (optional) spotlight people of shift coverage around, it's really up to you.
6. (The hard part) after the snap, wait for a beat and then run commit. The beat is very important so that you don't just end up blitzing 11 guys.
The beat will give your coverage guys enough time to initially drop back so essentially the entire goal line is blanketed and the DE's will end up rushing pretty fast at the QB while the DT helps to prevent the QB draw. If they hit somebody in the back of the endzone it may be a completion, but it also might be knocked down before it even reaches it's intended target because of all of the guys you have at the LOS. Again, this is not any kind of super play but I just thought it might be useful to fellow MSers.
