I agree with u both but everyone I play picks kick so I usually pick to defend depending on the wind

i always kick off then if i lose i will play vs the wind and then the 4th i will get the wind on my side

This is another thing Madden needs to fix. In NFL football, you go the same way the 4th quarter that you did in the 1st quarter. In the 2nd and 3rd quarter you go the same way.
