CONSTANT DISCONNECTS....

It seems that more and more often I am getting disconnected from my games on the ps3 lately, not sure if it is the ps3 network itself or if there is a way that my opponents are disconnecting me...I was playing a guy that was a couple madden levels above me and I was up on him by 10 and was moving steadily down the field to score again and all of a sudden "BOOM" I lost my connection to the game and had to quit, so that means obviously he got the easy win on me, it also happened yesterday when I was down 9-0 and about 7yds out from scoring just before half and I would have gotten the ball back and then "BOOM" disconnected again out of nowhere and I had to quit giving my opponent the cheap win, madden pts, or what have you...is there a way to combat it, at first I thought maybe bad weather or the ps3 network, but lately its becoming WAY TO COMMON, especially when I get up on a guy who has a higher madden level than me, in no way am I saying everyone is cheating but I'm finding it hard to believe that there are some who are not....anyone else experience this or have a a way to stop it from happening, I could use the help....thanks

naw... not all the disconnects are glitches. there are disconnect glitches, and we do have a post here on how to counter the, so yes check that out.

but mostly it has just been the PSN servers for the past week or so. everyone has been having troubles. a lot of us have been getting disconnected at the same time, like i'll be in a game with another MS member and we get disconnected and i check my friends list and at least 3 other people got disconnected as well.

the best things you can do - refresh your router and modem (unplug them both and wait before you plug them back in). pick up guys in the lobby that is best for you, if you're on the east coast go to the east lobbies, west lobbies for the left coast. and never play anyone with a red ping next to their name.

na, those arent the DC's he's talkin about. he's talkin about where it says connection lost end game, not the you have been signed out of PSN one. the end connection is an EA server error. usually triggered by an injury or penalty. me and Iprob had to play like 4 games before we finsihed one.

I'm on XBL and my buddy I usually ball with we are at 15 games without a single one being completed, other people I can ball with just fine. But yes I encounter the end game issues quite often, whether I'm winning or loosing.. It's just CRAP

Yea this happened to me the past couple days too I think its the servers

its the ea servers they are pathetic if u ask me all that money for nothing

what are these ways to counter?...or are they only for ps3 players...i have an xbox and ive been gettin the same....wondering if there D/C'ing me or if its the servers

The EA servers are some of the b etter servers i've played on xbox live I believe

all you have to do if you are playing a friend on the ps3 tell him if the game disconnect turn the ps3 off from the back. that mean turn it off completly but if either one of you hit end game or anything you both gonna get a lost or one of you will get a lost so i'am gonna say this in bold letters so all of you can understand 'TURN IT OFF FROM THE BACK BOTH OF YOU HIT THE LIL BLACK SWITCH ON THE BACK OF YOUR PS3 AND NIETHER ONE OF YOU WILL GET A LOST I PROMISE ME AND MY FRIENDS DO IT ALL THE TIME WHEN THAT HAPPEN AND JUST START YOUR SYSTEM BACK UP ALL OVER AGAIN TRY TRUST ME IT WORKS YOUR WELCOME.
