| Ever been at a total loss when trying to stop the run? Try this:
Crash The DL in Blitz the LBs Blitz the CBs Put the defense in the position it is suppost to be in y or triangle right pass commit
this works best with DE contain
This completely stops the run and PA out of under-center sets.

| the idea is that this stops the run and pa...not the pass
with pass commit the PA is completely stopped because the QB gets sacked and the blitzers stop the run
this does work best out of 46
no other D completely shuts down the run though, either the FB Dive or HB Toss/Sweep will work

| I've got a few good run stoppers in New Englands playbook. OLB Stud Spy (Found in 3-4 Normal): Pinch the D-Line, crash them to the strong side, and manually control the FS. Move the FS a little behind both your LBs. This stops runs to the inside, and by manually controlling the FS, you can shut down most sweeps and tosses in the backfield. CB Dogs Blitz (Found in 3-4 Normal): Pinch and crash the D-Line down. If you are sure they're running, blitzing all of your LBs brings extra help. If you think they may pass, keep the LB in their original positions. | |

| 46 normal - de contain pinch and crash ur d line (stops inside runs) pinch and crash ur d line, blitz ur outside CBs (stops sweeps and toss plays)
u can do alot with this play to stop the run, the first thing u must do is pinch n crash ur d line, after that, u can blitz 1 cb and 1 safety or both cbs or a cb and 2 LBs, do w.e u want lol

| 4-3 Under- Cover 2 crash the d line and put both DE to cover the flats so that if it is a play action you are not caught off guard | |

| i just found a pretty good run stopper:
34 over weak blitz
1. spread and crash line out
2. pinch lbs
3. put the ROLB on contain for tosses
manually use the FS for coverage
