How would you say it's cheesy? It's not like the WR pass from last year's madden or anything.

| I find that pass committing with DE's in contain totally shuts down this play. He either runs outside into the containment or gets wrecked by Bulluck or Haynesworth inside. | |

| the HB Direct Snap is not cheesy! it is a legitimate play in the game. it is only in the Tampa playbook though. i don't use it...but....the Tampa book is fire! however, once i see someone do that play online....i immediately know what book they are using and therefore....i try to adjust my defense accordingly. | |

| I wish people would quit saying cheesing or cheese. I find it as a cheap play because the AI doesnt react to it. It's kinda like the WR Double Pass in 08. | |

| it seems like the rb always breaks the first tackle on this play and crunk is right the ai doesnt react at all and the line blocking is sick | |

| this is the whackest play in the game. I just played a guy who I give credit to, cuz he only used it twice and only when he needed to convert on 3rd down. it seems like this play would take no stick or skill to execute cuz the ball goes directly to the RB and all you have to do is choose inside or outside. | |

| i dont think its cheesy, i just think it gets boring when ppl do it over and over again, just like the fb dive, lol. it can be shut down just as fast as it can light someone up. but with the right motion. it can be deadly. | |

| It's somewhat cheesy. I just hate it when people constantly use it. I can shut it down but then its boring >_> | |

| i think its ok if u only use it once or twice. but if u just use it like every play in like the 4th quarter cuz ur losing then i consider it cheap. | |

| Just stack the side of the RB. If he goes in or out then he will get stopped.
It's not that hard to stop but it is annoying.

| most people who use the play tho run it all game with a wr screen and it just turns into a garbage game if the commit run didnt just attack the middle of the line and it would keep everyone in the gaps plays like this could be stopped easier | |

It's not that hard to stop but it is annoying. i have overloaded to the side of the direct snap so many times and it is not easy to stop... i hate that play... if its gona be in the game they should make it less effective, that play works every time on short yardage downs and 2 point conversions even when u know its coming!
