What's the best D playbook?

I'm looking for a D playbook that i can mix in a lot of zone blitzes and plays that have good coverage. I'm currently using mutli. D. Also, usually my play that i like to run on D is drop zones when i know someone is going to pass. So, if you could tell me some play books that have that in there too. But, if the play book you think is real good, it's alright if it doesn't have it in there.

I use 46 but different people have different preferances.

The cover 4 is in every defensive pb. I like to run 4-6 or Multiple D. Today I started running Arizona's D just for a change of pace. It has a lot of 3-4 and nickel formations in there.

i have played wit Zona and found their d-playbook usefull also

i use cover 2. my defensive is simple, but strong. i mostly use 4-3 normal, over, and under, and strong nickel, and dime flat. that's pretty much all i use, and i do pretty good on D. oh yeah, btw i use Carolina.

Very insightful Senior. Perhaps that is why it is called a "Balance Defense", it has a little bit of everything. We need many more insightful posts such as Seniors, he isn't trying to just get posts, just to provide us with amazing insights.

Multi D has the 4-3 3-4 46 1-5-5 and 2-4-5

it's called the Mult D...but....it still lacks major 4-6 and 3-4 formations in it that i like to use. so personally, i run the 4-6, 3-4, ARI or Pitt defenses.

Balanced D , has dime flat nickle 4-3 4-6 all that stuff

I got to say KC because the quarters package. Carolina also has solid PB b/c 4-6 w/ quarters normal if i recall correctly. Zona's PB is sweet w/ 3-4 hybrid the only one in the game they have a nice quarters.

KC Playbook techniquely has the most zone blitz in the game

Am I the only one who runs 4-3?

I was thinking to switch to the multiple D but yea..

i use 46 over multi d because the 46 in multi d doesnt have zone blitzes

I like multi D, because it has like 500 different formations lol

I run 46 all day. I've only used 2 other PB's which were multi D and Baltimore. these are the 3 best PB's actually. I've heard about NE, but nuthin compares to the 46 bear formation. KC may have the most zone blitzes, but 46 has the better of the two, and 46 bear has alot of instant pressure plays.

CJ wat are some good pressure plays out of 46 bear?
