1) shift d line right

2) spread the backers

3) put the lb that is blitzing on the d line

4) Bump n run

5) if o has slot receiver on left side, move blitzing corner in bout 3 steps


overload blitz with a safety playing deep to turn it into cover 3 , along with the pressure bound to get a pick or a sack...

2) spread stunt
3) reblitz NT
4) move LILB behind NT
5) user LOLB for wrap

explanation

this play works well for the run by covering the wholes and slowing down the running back and on passes gets a good good amount of pressure and the wrap by the LOLB shuts down PA and brings in heat...u can also put a DE in flat zone if u fear the rb dumb pass

Explanation:

This is a nice Cover 2 sink overload blitz. There is a speedy corner coming off the edge. There are 6 men in coverage so that only helps. Cover 2 sinks also do a good job against someone who rockets all curls as well, so this is probably the only blitz I’d recommend you to do if you are playing someone who rockets curls.

WOW!!! i ran this play a few times in a game earlier. all i can say is that it is straight FIRE!!!! if this is just a "sample" of what is in that 3-4 Ebook....then count me in! lol!

i been running this play for a long time but i have a different set up and you dont have to wrap and the other olb comes in with you..lol not knocking the e-book tho...i just do something different with the line

i run this play my own way as well.....and it is very effective. but....this set up right here...is HOTT!! it's just a different way of running the same play. that's what i like about this game. there is no ONE WAY to run a certain play. and for me....the more ways that i know how to set up a play....the better! i have already been setting this play up in particular...about 3-4 different ways. good stuff guys!

I stay in 3-4 exclusively... it doesn't matter to me how many wr are on the field. The only time i go to a 4 man front is in dime flat or dime normal...and that will only be when its 20 yards to go or prevent type of situations.

To me, you've got to prove that you can block my 3-4 b4 i come out of the set. 3-4 is solid against the run inside and out if you know what you're doing. 3-4 is good against 2 wr sets and big sets, its also good vs spread formations bc of instant heat.
