| if you use the 2-4-5 cover 3 the olbs provide good presure comin from the edges and its still a cover 3 so most of the feild is covered just watch out for the 3rd and longs where the cpu will go long and burn you | |

| another good play(if you have the formation atleast)for 3rd and longs is the cover 4 found in the 1-5-5 prowl.whats good about this you ask?? well ill tell you the first thing is that it is a cover 4 so you that atleast covers the deep pass that will be attempted as it is 3rd and long another good aspect of this play is the presure that you olbs bring(if they are fast it can be deadly).it also covers the middle well for you have your nickle corner and 2 mlbs doing the yellow zones. If you wanted more pressure you could also blitz either the nickel corner or one of the mlbs that are doing the yellow zone. This is a very reliable play on 3rd and long that gets good pressure thats why its also one of my audibles | |

| I've been using 1-5-5 prowl-OLB contain and it's been working alot better for me than 2-4-5.
What I do is Bump cover, than I change te contain blitzes to regular blitzes. I haven't notice to many weaknesses. It's not perfect but if you know how to get good Bump coverage it will fluster your opponent buy not giving him time to make more than 2 reads before getting rid of the ball.
Eventually if they're not a complete Bum they'll figure out how to put some points up. So just throw some cover 2 coverages at them every once in a while, Along with some plays that bring heat right up the middle.
If you see your not getting pressure on the QB that means he's probably Dropping back and stepping up right behind the Center quickly to stop the constant outside pressure ( The same way people do against the 2-4-5 Cover 2, that's when you send that middle pressure) I'm still tinkering with this D so when I have it down pat I'll post My Scheme.
Since I've been using this D I've been making high ranked cats do the D/C glitch. | |

| My favorite defense play is in QB Contain playbook and it is Nickel 2 4 5 and the play is 2 man under and what i do is call for bump and run and when i know it is a situation for a run play i call nickel normal and i think the play is called under smoke | |
