Favorite d-line attributes?

since i started on on linebackers figured I should do d-line i always look at block shedding and hopefully someone with at least a 80 power or finesse move if their DE's i also try to look for decent speed and pursuit but for DT's i don't care about speed that much since they shouldn't need it

Mine would have to be speed and a balance over 3 catagories power moves, finess moves, & block shedding, trevor laws has 71 speed so my speed need is met, and as for a balanced D-lineman, it comes for me in the form of darren howard, 82 power moves, 80 finess moves, & 82 block shedding, another plus with a guy like howard is that he has value as a DE and DT.

I like giant, fat, strong DT's to clog up the middle with speedy DE's to stop tosses, sweeps, and screens.

but what does strength translate to in the game? for a d line guy will he brake tackles better a lot of the times when i have strong dude I'll user him and he'll immediately fall down against the o-lineman what does that mean?

have you ever noticed that some Dlineman collapse the pocket with great quickness... that means their strength greatly outclasses the strength of the guy blocking them... combined with speed, block shedding and finesse/power moves, this is what makes your dlineman powerful... hope that helps
