well yea, they dont have mcnabb or westbrook anymore..

clearly a homer move. philly at a 79? even though they improved at every spot except QB, and everything points to Kolb being really good. and washington at 88? lol maybe if it was 2005

why is the AFC west blank?

I doubt the Lions will be over 70 and the Rams will be around 65

layin wood i thought those were pretty accurate except the raiders are much improved with campbell at qb...and philly will not be that good with mcnabb gone

I hear ya. I just think Philly is still loaded with or w/o Mcnabb. As for Oakland you might have a point. But Campbell still doesnt make them rated anywhere in the 80's IMO.

Listen i realize why you rated the eagles so low but to say the skins are an 88 is a bit of an overstatement IMO, if anything it just evened things out between washington & philadelphia (madden wise), i mean as far as madden goes they didnt lose a whole lot, mcnabb was the biggest piece to our puzzle that we lost, westbrook was good but shady was almost better (in madden) beacuse he didnt get injured as much and was a big quicker than brian, so the loss of westbrook isnt a big one (in madden) beacuse shady fills that void very nicely.
now mcnabb being traded hurts the eagles only in the fact that users will not be able to push the ball down the field with a big arm QB like they could with mcnabb, eagle users will just have to adjust and realize you dont have a QB with a cannon arm, kolb can go deep though as it stands right now he's got a 79 deep throw accuracy rating wich is as good as schaub & big ben, now people liked that mcnabb was still pretty mobile even after his injuries and with him getting up there in age but kolb is pretty nimble on his feet as well, mcnabb has a 75 speed rating where kolb has a 72 wich is fine for a QB. Now kolb's arm is no where near as big as don's, kolb's 85 throw power might look weak compared to manning or 5-mac, but philip rivers has a 86 throw power rating and its not a problem for people to throw with him?
the eagles have one of the most explosive WR's in the game in desean and a nice compliment opposite him in maclin, they have a very solid TE in celek, and a speedster in ingram, they have a nice replacement to westbrook in shady, i mean sure kolb isnt as decorated as don but in madden you can absolutely get things done with kolb, thats why i said the only thing that changed really is the fact you cant go as deep with him as he doesnt have a cannon arm, but everything else, mobility, short to deep accuracy ratings, & arm strength look to be fine and managable.
I realize why you rated them a 79 and i guess i cant argue too much but if there a 79 then washington has to be in the 70's as well, my personal view on the eagles rating is gonna be in the 82-85 range but thats just me, i dont really care either way though cuz im just excited to get 11 and really alot of it comes down to the player but your board looks to be very accurate IMO, good post.

Yes true but from an on the field in game perspective campbell didnt differ from mcnabb all that much, he's actually better on the short throws, i still think washington at an 88 is a bit high, but irobson where did you get those ratings for the players you listed below? is that projection as well or madden 10 stuff? beacuse as it stands on 10

thats what i got as it stand in madden 10 but if its your own projection of things then thats cool, either way i still think philly is a top team in madden, washington will be good too but an 88 ovr. rating? tough for me to accept, still think at the highest they should be like an 85 but its whatever, fact still remains both teams will be good in 11.

brb those are ratings from madden 10...when i plugged those players into my redskins team the ratings went up to a 90...yeah i'm most excited to see shannahans pb and the new zone running...cause uknow thats going to be beast

88 is WAY to high IMO. Larry johnson is done, willie parker is almost done if not totaly done, carriker is a average player as it stands now, philip buchanon has been a below average NFL player, and joey could lose his step at any time now that he is very old. out of the players you named only 2 will make an impact (McNabb and carriker)

no idea what the hype is all about. the skins are doing the same thing they always do, not building through the draft and trying to buy there team through FA and trades. it hasnt worked before so it wont happen now. IF the skins are good this year then its because of a new coach, not because anything these players did

Yeah jets and cowboys is what im projecting for 11.

i feel the packers and bears for both of the predictions made were pretty off. the first post the bears and packers are within 1 point of each other. Now i am a bears fan, but i do not feel they should start this close together the packers are a much more proven team and deserve to be more separate from the bears.

In the other post the bears are under the lions?!?! now i know i said they should be a bit below the packers but to put them behind the team that won what 2 games? the team that people considered to be a bye week pretty much, that is a bit crazy imo. To be honest the bears made me upset with their moves this offseason, but i do not think the lions were better at all if anything they made less moves for less benefit. (at least for this coming year) The bears should be somewhere between the packers and lions imo.

He think the bears are an 85 but philly a 79. Lol. Packers 86 wtf. Packers 89 vikings shoukd be a 90 bears shoukd be 80 and eagles should be an 85 with washington an 85
