Catcher can't throw.

This guy got sent back to the minors for not being able to return a ball to the pitcher. They said in one game 12 of his throws ended up short of the mound or in center field.

omg, this is hilarious to me. horribly embarrassing for this guy. apparently he's got a good bat, but that can only take him so far. a catcher who can't throw is a terrible thing, people can steal bases on him all day cuz they know he can't throw for s***, and his mistakes will lead to free bases and could end up costing his team the game.

apparently he is making the hard throws down to second and such so it wouldn't be so easy for people to steal on him. it might have actually worked in his favor for a bit. People would be like that dude can't even get the ball to the pitcher im stealing. then he steals and gets gunned down.

honestly though im surprised we don't see more things like this. people get nervous a lot, and its very understandable to come up to the pro level and make mistakes unless your that RF on the nats who hit 2 HR(one walk off) in the same game one of his real early ones. and made a run saving diving catch for the third out. forget his name but that game was the s***.
