| It finally happened, the raiders have dropped 1st round #1 pick Jamarcus Russle. Hopefully he can turn his life around make make a team as a back up or a towel boy. THoughts? | |

| It's pretty possible that he will be broke within 3 years. Sad but probably true. It wasn't even a matter of not being good enough atheletically. He just didn't care about trying. Glad to see Al having some sanity left.
Whatever all these writers are saying he is not the worst bust ever Leaf by far the worst. He had blow up with the media, skipped practice and meetings to play golf, and was more highly decorated in college then Russell. Russell had one good game against an overmatched ND team and it blow up his stock. Also, Leaf has had a number of incidents after he got bounced from the NFL. | |

| mike mayock was dead on when he talked about russell. in the begining russell did look impressive.anyways i rember the first pass he threw, it was a pa rollout and his footwork looked great and he threw a pretty ball to the sidelines for the completion to jerry porter. | |
