Pats look good, Cassel doesn't

defense looked real good. Favre couldn't get much going.

Cassel's numbers dont look bad on paper, but if you watched the whole game he did short passes and the receivers took it from there. he totally screwed up on a play and didn't know what he was supposed to do and his passes were not too good. he had moss wide open once and underthrew him. Cassel also wasted a couple of timeouts.

i was the first person to say that i beleived in cassel but i lost a little of confidence in him today. however i loved the way the defense played.

Any thoughts????

cassel did what he was supposed to. not make mistakes

didnt get randy involved very much. 2 catches for 22 yards. So to get good passing yardage without hitting ur best target is pretty good.

he didn't make mistakes as turning the ball over which was good but he wasn't hitting open receivers and on one play he turned the wrong way for a handoff. he also didn't get rid of the ball and took a few sacks.

he will do fine he will get better and better as the season goes on who knows he could replace brady when he retires
