Using chargers offense

I use the chargers offense for online play. I also use run balanced playbook. any tips on how to move up the ball with these two playbooks.

It somewhat depends on what you want your gameplan to be and what team you are using. From the looks of it, it seems like you are trying to pound the ball (run balanced). I suggest mixing up your runs from the same formation, finding out what works, then switching to a different formation with the same run. Try motioning wide receivers toward the strong side or down toward the TE to get seals on the LBs.

I am little bit, well quite a lot actually new to all of this. What is a money play, what is a game plan. It looks like I would want a game plan. I am playing on Ultimate teams. Any positions that should be higher than other ones. Like HB, FB , offensive guards?
