Easiest way to bottle up running back routes?

yeah this seems to be my biggest weakness and I'm not great at the game or anything so if the answer is obvious by all means tell me cuz it seems to be where im gettin killed I usually play against the saints or eagles a lot too and im usually the vikes or eagles

On the bigger part of the field thats open put a linebacker in flat zone cause if they are goin to a running back they are going to pass it where there is more field so they can make a move. then contain the other end cause it is a smaller part of the field so the contain is more effective.

Contain the corner, or the slot db or the end. U can user the end also.
