My Philly 46

This is my 46 for the Eagles. Now i believe in having a big defensive line over a quick defensive line in the 4-6, for once because you need them to take up blcoks and it helps well in run support and you have 4 guys above them who are all very fast, so having everyone off them is key. I like hieght and range at the LB position and one guy who has a bit of both. For my secondary, they have to be able to play the ball. I want the ball back as quickly as possible so having 4 DB's or 6 if i chose to go to the speed package is what i need.

if you must have cole at LB i would deffinetly bring the heat with him cuz if you dont you wont be taking advantage of his 98 finess moves, he only has a 45 zone rating and 76 tackle so as a LB i dont like cole but i wouldnt knock you for puttin him at LB, if you play cole at LB i would deffinetly play howard at RE where cole was cuz he's a overall better defensive lineman than laws, i would have the corners just as they are, samuel, brown, hobbs, and hanson, then rotate mikell and S.J. at SS while usering demps and harris up top, samuel has 98 zone, brown has 92, hobbs has 81, and jose has 84 so no coverage problems having them there as is and the thing i like about having mikell and S.J. rotating at SS is that they both can creat turnovers due to thier ability to hit, macho and demps up top can be a nightmare cuz demp gots the speed, macho has the ball skills and there both deadly after they get a pick as they are both return men, but overall ant real good setup! i like it! cant go wrong rockin philly!!!

Cole rushing basically all the time. Laws is great. I like brown at SS

i wouldnt disagree with you on cole if you bring him, and brown at SS cuz he can hit but laws??? in the game he's as soft as they come, hope he pans out this next year he's been a bit of a disapointment but i still believe in him.

He,s a great 34 end on the game. I like using 34 ends in my 46 now for some reason. Its been working out well

he's got perfect size for a 5 technique, but his ratings just arent there for me, but in his defense he does have 70 very fast for a 300 pound man, i guess i dont have too many problems with playing law although i still feel howard is the better overall defensive lineman.

Well I first did this with hatcher of the cowboys then translated it to philly. I'm working up. I now think 34 teams with 70 75ish speed ends or dts make a great 46. I'm looking into it with pitt and some other 34s. Some more depth charts should be up by 2maw

i like the concept ant, might take a look myself, laws is really underused in my scheme if theres a way to better utilitze him ill deffinetly do it.

Actually Law makes plays for me. Putting him in yellow zones and using his frame to get in lanes works as well. he has enough speed to get over to flats as well.

Fox, Bailey and Farrior are all capable so if your LB's get tired, having those guys spelling is an amazing asset.
