Defensive question

I run a 46, my teams are the packers or the ravens, any idea how I stop the 4-5 wide spread sets and 2 tight end tosses and outside handoffs.

I cant cover 4-5 wides its seems the heat does not get there fast enough, and I have a hard time getting people outside to cover the 2 tight end toss, any ideas?

two tight end toss are easily defendable if you put a DE or OLB on the side of the toss into a contain and then user control your MLB or safety.
as for pass defence, i would consider getting out of the 46 for passing downs because i never really liked the coverage in it, but if you are adamant about using it at all times, i would consider switching to the "Speed" package

Thanx, I usually stay in the speed package, I move to dime or 3-3-5 when I see 4 wide but it seems they dont cover the back out of the backfield
