You know the drill.

They drafted a QB last year, so i think its time get some young talent on either o-line or d-line, Suh or Okung would make great picks for them because we all know they need help at both those positions, If the Rams dont take Suh first, the Lions better jump on him quickly.

well keeping it going with my theme and having the first pick be the REDSKINS taking sam bradford (rams trade down if you havent read my other posts) then i will say the lions take Suh

they need to beef up on D and i think this is a nice start for that. i think the only other person they would take here is eric berry and i think the coach for the lions coach understands that games are won in the trenches

Lions take the best D line prospect in years and take ndamukong suh

Ndamokung stands for "house of spears" in Camaroon
And Suh, I think that is short for Superman

This is the best pick in the draft and the least gamble. You never know if your #1 QB is gonna be great, but get a big guy that can push people around and your OK. Suh has shown he can push people around. Sure the talent level in the NFL is greater, but there hasn't been a prospect this good in years.

The Lions have used all of their top picks on offense for years. And they may have the worst defense in football. Suh can help change that. He is perfect for there 4-3 scheme, as he is really not big enough for the 3-4, although he of course could put on weight and go to the weight room. But he won't have to do that in Detroit, he will make an immediate impact.

If Suh goes #1, Detroit will take Gerald McCoy, both are good 4-3 tackles. Pretty safe picks either way.
