how to turn around and jump up when rocket catching

Im been trying the figure out how the rocket catch for 4 days now and i can't get the turning around part and jumping up high part down. so can some one explain the steps and how the use the right analogy when doing the rocket catch . thanks

now im no expert at it, but what i do is throw the bullet pass to the sideline, run to the bottom right corner of the circle (if your doing it to the right) then flick the right stick down and there it is

bullet pass down and away and then click on and hold turbo and down and towards the inside on the right stick

yeah i find it easier for me to use my left thumb to hit the right analog stick down. then i press triangle to catch... just got use to it.
