HURRY UP OFFENSE

yo can anyone tell me wat is the business wit ppl's hurry up bein ova 20%...i mean thats outrageous to do a hurry up that much and in my opinion it is a cheez....i havent set my audibles but i feel i dont need to with the quick audible set...its jus lame wen ppl do the same play over and over again kno its comin but yo defense doesnt do it..ppl's hurry up 70% or something like that thats rediculous....any help folk?

well maybe they got a first down or something bc of ur d and they want to do it again

Well, this dude was doing it to me, 10 times on 1 drive, in the end he wasted 2 QUARTERS, throws a pick at the end, I start doing it to him 12+ plays I score and win and he had backup's and RB's in after I stopped LOL

no ppl no huddle after incompletions afta a loss its jus frustratin ppl dont punt i stop em but playin someone with plays and some stick skills they can do some damage

I know its annoying, especially if its "ranked" only the Colts (Peyton Manning) can hurry the play up

yeah well if someone has 50 plus no huddle i wont play them

Yes, but the dude I played he was like 5% no huddle, and he huddled all game

hmmm well u kinda have to know its coming if someone is the colts...

Set your audibles in the same formations with: a good run stopping play, a full out zone, and a zone blitz. It will mess them up pretty good.

okay now that i have good o i need a good defense....

I do it when someone plays a weak d against me and if i capitalize on it i'll no huddle until they call a timeout,im there to win,i don't see nothing wrong with it,it's the D's punishment for callin a weak play

Just had someone do it to me like the whole damn game. And I lost yet again. >.>

I don't see a problem with it, if you set your audibles, you should be able to run a play to stop it. And if you have to you could probably manually do something.

I've never had a problem.

yeah its cheez ta me too if someone has a no huddle of 20% or more i ain playin em...its not that i call a weak defense i manually stop em and they call the same play like its 3 yrds every play and go for it on 4th its real lame

So many player have there offensive audibles set for "HURRY UP" offense... they'll start and come out in a 2-wide formation with double TE and have them subbed with receivers to get you in a dad defensive set, then audible to shootgun... if they catch you in a bad defensive set and you don't have your audibles set for multiply situation than this can be a "headache" but even if you do have multiply audibles for defferent situations you'll have LB'ers covering WR'ers... I sugest calling a timeout and come out in a dime or quarter. They always have a deep pass, screen pass, crosses to use the WR'ers speed on your LB'ers and a HB screen or up the gut run to keep you guessing.

yeah but i hate wasting a timeout that early =/

Right! Well if your playing a skilled opponent thats using the hurry up offense... than a 1st half timeout is not that much 2 lose. I wouldn't just let him drive down for a TD... 2 save a 1st half timeout or Maybe thats just me. Anyway! you'll need to have your defensive audibles set for multiply situations... for me it helps against the use of the hurry up... but still you may have to use a timeout to adjust your defensive scheme... its better than the alternative.
