well a good blitz is usually a nano. If you want a good blitz, just use a 6 rusher man coverage blitz.

Sting Pinch Zone is like a nano within itself..You dont even have to make any adjustments and usually someone will come free..so if they accuse you of nanoing you show them the play and they all feel like idiots dancer
