NE Defensive Playbook

I'm a level 29 ranked about 225 on 360 and I'm a HUGE fan of the 46 defense which is what I have been using but a few days ago I switched my defense to a 3-4 using NE defensive playbook. I've been using that playbook with the Ravens as my team and it's amazing how good they are. I shut out a friend of mine 77-0 last night. In particular the 1-5-5 and the 1-5-5 prowl are amazing. The transition hasn't been hard, but I still don't have the playbook mastered, so I was wondering if you guys could help me out and name some plays out of this playbook and what they are good for. Thanks.

ive been usin the ne pb for 100 gm or so ima level 27 with 185W and 69L and i love the prowl because it gives the d a good opertunity for gap shoots and takle 4 loss but if ur playin a provin passer be careful because they will exploit u ,when that happens to me i play 3-4 and switch bak in forth as the game goes but its a great pb to use I highly rec. it hope this help's oh yeah when using prowl watch up the middle its very easy to break 7 to 10 yard runs against prowl so guard the middle if neccesery mostly the quick hot routes though

yeah that's true!!!!! in the dollar and nickel.. i got some sick a$$ nano's out of them but i lab the weakness of them too!!! so you gota mix your sh!t up remember that.
