| west coast has a few power o's.... one in ace bunch and i forgot what the formation is but it's the last formation in the i formations. also hb stretch out of i form, hb toss out of ace twins tight or something | |

| Far Tight Twins Quick Toss is the highlight of the playbook
Near Pro HB Inside picks up solid inside yards
I-Form Tight Pair Stretch is a great outside run for a fast RB
Gun Split Offset Power O is a good way to run out of shotgun and keep the D honest
Weak Flex Twins HB Gut is a decent, simple play, just find the hole and hit it hard. | |

| I use West Coast and reall the only runs I do is Use out ofg Far Tight when the D is getting to see my passin plays out of far and I use QB sneak when i need a yard or 2.  | |
