sea is beast i been getting locked up lately with it tho but it is the best playbook no doubt

the i formmation then toss sweep's out of a different play's you just set them up and lab...hater's are who they are if you got 2 we need to work on getting more all this over playbook's good!!!! keep f*cking hating then i need the love.lololol

Seattle and West Coast are almost the same. I'd go with Seattle if you run more, West Coast if you pass a good amount, but still run a little.

For some reason I like the passing plays more in west coast. I got some money plays that I just can't get rid of using the West Coast. The running game is better in Sea, but I do fine in West Coast with it. The main thing is making s*** work for you. I also figured out a couple schemes with formations in the WCO that people don't normally see. You may see that famous far tight twins toss once in a game from me.

Ace Twins-Hb Toss, Great Run Play

Far Tight Twins-Quick Toss , most known run in the game, money

Near- Hb Inside- nice inside running play

Goaline- Power O- Short Yardage and Goaline Situations

Gun Split Offset- Power O, best shotgun run the gm, IMO

Tight Doubles- Hb Toss or pitch forget what it is, Motion TE to the left so he is in the FB position, another awesome run play

Iform- FB dive
