db blitzing

i just wanna get some opinions from everyone. there are some really nice blitzes out of dime this year (and in previous) that gets the slot DBs off the edge extremely quickly but with the new speed adjustments you rarely get the luxury of a team where you have 3/4 90+ speed corners like we had in previous years. so this year do you take a #1 or 2 corner and put him into the slot to blitz for these blitzes or do you keep him in coverage and just bring 85ish speed from ur #3/4 corners? theres of course the handful of teams that still have those 90+ speed CBs like OAK/PHI

i usually corner blitz from 1 side.. like a overload per se' then i stack the line to the opposite site to flush the quarterback to the side where i know the db blitz will be coming from.

yea i don't need to know how to blitz. i was hoping for opinions on player selection. like do you sub in cromartie for as ur nickle CB so u can use his 95 speed when overloading or do u keep him in coverage and use cason who's only 88 speed

LMFAO "i dont need to know how to blitz" shut down and i roll with oak so it doesnt matter to me but for your case i would sub in cromartie and manual him to get it quick

lol didnt mean to be a dick, he just completely missed the point of the post. my blitzes are much better than wat he suggested. but yea oak solves this problem lol

IMO a 85 speed will get in quick enough so i want my best coverage people to stay back. in a blitz do you really want your second and third DB left on island?
