Well i toss the ball out to the flats or use screens and i just keep doing it if he keeps nanoing then sooner or later i'll read the blitz really well and i'll usually just hit a guy open down the field.

Then i talk smack to the bum!

I would say play shotgun and throw out to your flats more. Thats what I do.

Come out in a 4 WR/5 WR set in shotgun and do quick passes. Wen sum1 nanos their takin ppl out of coverage. Jus exploit the weakness. Most nanos weaknesses are the flats or deep . But playaction pass kills nanos unless u see him userin den dont Playaction lol.. But if u kno he's gonna nano,mite sound cheesy but run goaline till he stop.(i dnt run goaline lol)
