Height or Speed?

Speed for this year, since deep balls are harder to throw. Plus, YAC are more important this year.

Speed is always great and height is good but if you if cant use your height to your advanage then its useless.

i say speed this yr n height last yr in madden . because last yr u could strafe catch n this yr u cant.so speed helps this yr. but both is greatly appreciated.(Antonio Gates)

i'm gunna have to go with speed but it never hurts to have a player like randy moss who i think is 6'4 with 99 speed.

I like the tall guys..

same goes for speed. What if there is a fast corner defending your speedster? Then what? Anyway, i'd have to go with height since im good at user catching (ROcket Catching)

definitely speed this year it doesnt matter how fast a corner is or how high of a lockdown corner he is...man 2 man defense is a joke this year..plus you can still rocket catch wit a smaller dude,,ive been rocket catching wit Kevin curtis online all the time

i wouldnt have to say speed as well speed for yac and seperation...i dont throw deep balls like streaks or fades that often but crossing routes out routes and post routes speed wr are best...but u should get a team that has both tall and speed wr for certainn situations were need height.

I'm taking height, because I use the Eagles who's tallest starting receiver is 6'0.

Now when I've played with like, the Patriots, a tall guy like Randy Moss could come down with almost anything. But throwing to Reggie Brown nearly every pass gets deflected.

Speed: i throw alot of crossing/Slant routes Etc. and they have to break away to get em so ima takke speed

Or i'll take whichever drops the less amount of balls lol

Fudgy! I would have to say in this years madden... speed is more of a asset and in last years madden... height and speed was equal... because last year the CPU controlled DB's didn't catch up to speed guys that good and you could use the "animation catch glitch" with tall guys that could "spectacular catch" and "rocket catch" both of this could be trigged by audibling to a streak and throwing high and out or in and hammering down on the triangle button. This year crossing patterns and slants along with outs routes are the only way to pass in madden and speed WR's get open more quickly on these routes. EA! remove "strafing" from the offense so the deep ball wouldn't be as effective this year... because it's "easy" for "user controlled" defender to "INT" because if you can't "strafe" with the defender on offense and turn to meet the ball and battle for the catch down Field... "user controlled" defenders have a huge advantage over "user controlled" receivers this year in getting better position with the removal of "strafe" on offense this year. The short passing game rules this year in madden and speed is the way to go... to get open.

u dont use the eagles much do ya fam,cause avant is 6'1 and baskett is 6'4

I'd say speed

speed in madden height in real life cause it is easy to toss it above their head and they will pull it in with no one even contesting it when they are tall

It depends how tall 6-8 and 6-6 are really diff

Couple inches isn't much of a different

yes it is i rather have a 6'1 wr than a 5'11 wr believe me it makes a difference in the redzone. y u think tightends r so dangerous.
