46 zone nanos

Anyone have any good zone nanos for 46 (normal or bear)..i only have 1 and i know their are alot more out their..il share mine its not zone but its the only one i have

46 Normal - Sam Snake
1. Press Coverage
2. Pinch Line
3. Reblitz safety in deep zone and put him between the LE and LDT (on screen)

I like to roam with whoever is covering the runningback or the fullback,if they are blocking just play safety and take out whoevers open..

46 bear cover 2...pinch line...reblitz the rdt on screen and the de next to em...then take ur safety and blitz em thru the whole...user ur other safety so u can cover the the whole center field area...
