The Cheesing Saga Continues...

So, I'm going to tell a story, if you don't want to read it, GTFO!

I create an online session in Madden 10, select the Ravens, ready up, and see that this guy 116-64 and has immediately selected the Titans. First thought is OMG, he's cheesing with CJ. Then he selects the NO playbook (which is the best playbook for running HB routes), and then I say, wow this guys is REALLY going to cheese CJ.

So we start off, he wins the toss and kicks to me, I go down and score on my first drive by only running goalline and running Off-Tackle with Willis McGahee.

I kick it to him (and, of course, he has CJ as his kick returner as well...), I stop him at about the 40 yard line. This is where I just start laughing because his first 4 plays are as follows:

HB Slip Screen, FB flat, HB Sweep, HB Slip Screen.

At this point he eventually scores and I'm getting mad because this is going to be hard to stop. Well long story short, after 2 INT's and a fumble, I am up 38-18 and laughing at this guy because I'm completely stopping his cheese plays with one play:

3-3-5 DE Contain (w/ Ray Lewis in spy).

This allows my DB's (who all have over 93 speed) to be in man coverage and it allows me to have 2 safeties over the top with my LB's (who both have 86 speed, Gooden and Barnes) to cover the backs.

It was beautiful shutting down a cheeser like this, just absolutely beautiful.

Anyways, there's my story. I know, cool story, bro! But I was pretty satisfied. So for all of you who think it's impossible to stop cheesers with CJ, it's not.

I hate those cheesers who use the R2 button to speed up in the open field. How can we put a stop to this unfairness?

DC Glitch. CJ doesn't run faster than that.

They just made a patch it took away the sprint button due to people complaining their Defensive Tackles couldnt catch the other play tailback

yeah dude i had to re read that goaline sentence to make sure i was reading it right... but you are more of a cheeser then he is. the titans actually run their offense through CJ so i dont get mad when someone kills me with him cuz thats what the titans do. but yeah goaline is STRAIGHT cheese bro

i am more so in interest in stopping the NANO blitzing. dont give me wrong, i have no problem with NANO blitzing(even though its kinda cheap) but its all in part of being the best in Madden

block your running back.
Throw to your running back in flats or fade route out of backfield.
Have a WR or TE run a route were blitzers are coming from.

WR Screens,Flats,or run it out of the I or Goalline

ac3r i dnt no if u were jk but the patch didnt take away the speed button and the guy who postd this is a grade A bum and cheeser and idiot even if u did run hb off tackle witch takes no skill u culd have been smart enough not 2 put that n ur post...lmao

haha i was,i was making fun of himm for thinking his linebackers could chase down CJ from behind
