Best Quarterback Draft

Some say the 1983 NFL Draft was the best Quarterback draft ever. Well if you enjoy the offline franchise mode in Madden 10, then this draft is reproduced. Complete with:

John Elway aka Jack English

Kelly James aka Jim Kelly

Dan Marino aka Dane Morrow

If you want to get this draft. Just after the last preseason game and when the popup asks you "would you like to advance to the regular season", save the game. Then advance, if it does not come up try again. There are 30 drafts I know of, so this may take a little effort.

Maybe, maybe not.

I am in my 5th season on Madden 10 plus 2 other chises in their 2nd and 3rd seasons.

In Madden 07 I ran about a dozen seasons for the Cowboys and a few for several others.

But hey its your game play how you want to. I am just sharing the info.

Heck most of the guys on here don't even play offline franchise, but I figgered ifffen I strung some key words together and put good information in the post it might drive new traffic here. Then I could discuss offline chise with more people.

yeah i love franchise mode but i only do my draft class from ncaa for 4 season cuz after that everybody who is real is gone lol

There are lots of people who just simulate the games every week and are interested only in the player management. They can get through a season pretty quickly.

Unfortunately, Madden 10 has cut quite a bit of content in this mode. Hopefully it will be back. But they may be trying to split it up for good with the Head Coach series.

Speaking of offline franchise, I have quite a problem. I am in my 3rd season and I can't advance through the pre-season. The problem, is that The Raiders (not my user team) are missing a s*** load of players and the CPU won't auto-sign people to fill the roster. So I hit simulate to advance it and the game just sits there. Anyone got a clue on wtf is going on? I tried to manually help the raiders by giving them players in a trade but it's looking impossible due to the salary caps and s***.

Any help with this would be cool, think it's some weird bug or something.
