what are some of the line shifts that yall use to get pressure with the D line i have colts in a league but i run a 3-4 and looking for ways to get pressure with freeney and mathis

i usually load the box up with 7 and us a man to cover the flat, but use man to man with the dbs and bring a safety up and put him in a hook zone, try that an tell me what u think,
