Any good running schemes out of the 1-5-5 AP is killing me

dude using nickel 1-5-5 is for pass situations only. how do you expect to stop AP with only one down linemen and 5 linebackers??? play your base 3-4 or 4-3 D and put a safety in the box to stop AP.

even if you meant a 3WR set, 1-5-5 is still a horrible defense to use to stop the run regardless. you only got 1 down linemen. and i guanrantee you if you try to do that little nano blitz that them other guys were talkin about to stop the run, it still won't work because all you gota do is run off tackle everytime

Nano? I don't use those.....Thats a good point however off tackle is where I find you get the most tackles for loss......its the PA that hurts.....your right though
