Which wins u more games for me it is aggressive

I'm equal. When I blitz its mostly zone blitz' unless I know they are running.

I bring lots of pressure to disrupt my opponets offence and to shut down the run.

i blitz all game long n then sometimes i'll throw in a zone coverage play but make it look like a blitz, it throws the opponet off alot

i bring the heat all game every game and change it up alot

I do a lot of blitzing from different gaps in the line. Later in the game if I'm up I'll go with a more passive, zone type defense with constant deep safeties.

when i nano it doesn't classify as a blitz so it would prob be even hire if it recorded nanos

I bring 5+ every play, but I use zone coverages so guys don't know where to pass to.

my blitz % is at 31... if you know the right zone is impossible to get thru.

blitz like 50% of the time.

I Blitz a crap load but love the zone shells in behind it.....that way you get lots of pressure on your opponet but have a lil something something to get a pick with.....my stick still kinda sucks and I should pick a lot more off but still working on it. Slowly moving up the Level scale at 3 now (crappy I know)

I go with a five-man zone blitz. I try to balance stopping big plays but bring the heat. I use the Ravens so Terrell Suggs, a corner, or my self with Ray Lewis or as saftey to some heat. Which one saftey up and one back. Works pretty well just have to be in good postion and defensive set.

my D is based on my opponent play style.... i sometimes struggle the first quarter and all but then i adapt to their offense and boom pressure and coverage ... my D in the redzone is pretty sick... my average score is around 32 and my opponents is around 16......

I hardly ever bring more than 4.

play alot of zone blitz and never cover 2 cover 3 deep zone and only man when going against runs it really works!!!

I have a new defensive scheme...i bring 6 (well 5 one of them is on contain) and i have 5 in coverage. its instant pressure and i have coverage

i usualll have a balanced attack but i blitz to keep the pressure on so they dnt get comfortable.

i play zone and man to man, i might blitz once or twice a game

my blitz % on 08 was 28%....if u played a strong offense like I formations and stuff of course i blitz more i can afford to but i like coverage u WONT throw on me ima make the game long and boring caus i refuse to get beat and if i have a defender in the area ima get that ball..i zone blitz alot man blitz gets me killed so i zone blitz out of the 3-4 scheme works for me...u might be able ta run but please dont pass.

Man blitz 80% of the time, Zone blitz 20% of the time, basically what im saying i blitz all day long, if it aint broke don't fix it.
